Holiday Inn Express & Suites Cheney By Ihg

The location was convenient for my needs, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was very clean, and I appreciated the comfortable bed and solid soundproofing, which helped me sleep well amidst outside noise. The staff was helpful in pointing me to local attractions, and I loved the warm breakfast options. I felt very at home during my stay.

Wish there was easier walking to local non fast food restaurants

The tv guide in the room, out in the open, was inappropriate for my kids to see.

Excellent hotel with great wi-fi, a fitness centre, and free parking. The staff helped me find shops on my first stay, and I remember their kindness. I highly recommend it! I'm coming back for Christmas.

The breakfast was free, the check in was easy. The staff was excellent plus the location was comfy and ideal. The lunch in Pizza Hut right next to the hotel had every choice imaginable.

The room featured very comfortable beds, made for a good night's sleep but the lighting could be a bit stronger in the seating area. The front desk staff were really good and made the check-in process efficient but I wish there was more information about local attractions available.

The breakfast options could be expanded beyond the standard fare to offer more variety.

Easy to find. Friendly staff. Enjoyed our accommodations. Breakfast above par. Spacious eating area for breakfast. Nice to have an elevator to get to 2nd & 3rd floors. Clean hotel.

Shower had a high pitched noise. Very annoying.

Everything except for the bed. The choices for breakfast were great as well. Most places offer Danish and the like. However, Holiday Inn Express offered balanced nutritional choices! The coffee was good too. We're coffee critics and yours was better than good. Excellent to be exact! Thank you for attention to detail.

Wasn't quite right for us. Needed to be firmer. Otherwise our stay was wonderful!

Great Place for Solo Travelers

The mattress was a game changer! Best sleep I've had in a long time, like a rock but also like a cloud. The check-in lady was sharp, knew her stuff and got me sorted real quick.

It wasn't cheap though.

I did not want to leave there, so can't recommend it highly enough this hotel. I really enjoyed the breakfast, the food was great. My room was both updated and modern with ear plugs and 2 TVs and large bathroom.

We had 2 beds in our room. One of them was uncomfortable the first night so we switched to the other one the next 2 nights and slept much better.

Clean room and friendly staff, but overpriced and poor internet connection.

I had such a cozy stay with a well-appointed room and an amazing breakfast spread. The hot oatmeal and variety of fruits were definitely highlights! Plus, the indoor pool and leisure room were perfect spots to unwind after a day of exploring. The only bummer was that the wifi could have been a bit faster, but overall, it was a lovely time 😊
